The majority of our talented team of associate photographers and videographers have grown alongside us over the past decade. In our earlier days, many of our Associate Team members were personally recruited through our Windy City Production internships at NIU and Columbia. It’s incredible to look back at how far we’ve come—from a group of ambitious, unknown photographers determined to conquer the wedding world, to being internationally ranked and awarded. Along the way, we’ve also brought on exceptionally talented industry veterans after working alongside them and recognizing they shared our core Windy City Production principles: 1) Shoot like your life depends on it, 2) Relentlessly grow and refine your skillset, and 3) Be the best at adding value.
What Sets Our Associate Team Apart from Other Wedding Photography and Videography Studios?
- Personal Involvement: Katie and I work closely with each Windy City Production associate at multiple weddings each year.
- Extensive Experience: Every current associate team member has shot no fewer than 50 weddings with Windy City Production.
- Quality Control: Over the past five years, Katie and I have personally edited every wedding captured by our associates.
